For Appointments and Information 704 842-6476 24/7/365 Access to Care True Behavioral Healthcare provides 24 hour crisis intervention by clinicians who have the clinical training, education and experience to quickly assess the consumer's problem, decide on the appropriate course of action that needs to be taken to address the crisis, and to bring together the necessary services and providers needed to stabilize the situation as quickly as possible. All consumers are given the 24 hour crisis telephone number.
